Kaysersberg Plastics is a world-class manufacturer of plastic sheet and finished plastic products. We have manufacturing sites in France, Spain and the UK.

We provide plastic to our customers in two main ways: either as sheets for resale or conversion, or as finished plastic products. Both our sheets and finished products are sold under a variety of well known brand names including Correx® (Akylux®) and Akyplac®, Akyver®, Duca-Pal and Uni-Pak®.

Our plastic products are made from either polypropylene, polycarbonate or polyethylene.

Sheets are manufactured through an extrusion process and products like plastic packaging can be made by twin sheet thermoforming, low pressure structural foam injection moulding or simple vacuum forming. We are also experts in the conversion of plastic sheet into packaging.

The variety of plastic materials and manufacturing methods means we can be constantly inventive, creating new products for new applications in all of our markets.

We service many thousands of customers throughout Europe, providing them with not just products but technical support and highly innovative design services.

We work closely with many of our customers to develop entirely new plastic products which meet their specific requirements.
